Senior Marketing Representative (SMR)
Pacific Union has created the title of Senior Marketing Representative (SMR) for those salespersons who achieve outstanding performance in real estate brokerage and who also exemplify company participation and support. This title is not given to a salesperson lightly and should mark the salesperson so designated as an outstanding achiever and representative of Pacific Union. While productivity is a qualification for designation as an SMR, other factors are considered equally as important: personal integrity, willingness to help others and participation in the community. SMR's must command a thorough grasp of contract negotiations, market information and marketing strategies. SMR's embody a wealth of knowledge, commitment to excellence and the spirit of Pacific Union.
